A visit to E.R.A.’s Shopping District will likely lead to an encounter with Artemis, the tireless workaholic and caffinne addict who somehow managed to secure every job on campus to which she is physically qualified. She does cashier registers, waiting tables, deliveries (her favorite!), and much, much more.

She’s allergic to sitting still, always looking for something to do and someone to talk to, taking the term “social butterfly” as a life mantra: pretty, and always in good company. Anything happening on campus is likely going through her, making Artemis an ideal provider of gossip and rumors, which she will be more than happy to indulge in.

Any object thrown by Artemis will hit it’s target, no matter what: reality be damned. The stars align each time Artemis makes a throw, ensuring perfect luck for it to connect.

Fail-Not only functions on objects physically throw by Artemis, i.e: no guns. While Fail-Not ensures the shot will hit its target, it doesn’t ensure when. The more unlikely a throw is, the longer it will take to connect. In the most extreme cases, it would longer than her own lifespan—but it will hit eventually, as long as it’s before the heat death of the universe.
