Clyde is the textbook definition of a crook. The leader of the infamous delinquent trio Shite Outta Luck (SOL for short) has his eyes on the prize, and everything’s up for grabs. There isn’t anyone he won’t cheat, scam, or manipulate to squeeze as much profit as penguinly possible.

Despite being nothing but trouble, the E.R.A. administration seems suspiciously indifferent to his antics, no matter how heinous the crime; Clyde ends up walking free. There is no official statement regarding the matter, though it doesn’t take a genius to assume Clyde’s two cronies, weaved around his flipper, Lily and Bob, two of the most dangerous Electi in the facility, have something to do with that.

Clyde is able to ‘print’ on flat surfaces by running his flipper on them and imagning what he wants to come out. What would be an amazing ability for art and a profitable carreer as a graphic designer, Clyde instead uses this to forge documents, fake checks and cheat in card games. The print isn’t permanent, however, and will dissipate after a day or two- just long enough for Clyde to get away with anything.
