Deputy Chief Quetz is the current head of the E.R.A.’s Emergancy division of the Guard Force. He is a hard working, reliable commander that is known for being a little flat at times and his lisp that makes him drag his S’s like a snake hiss. There aren’t many who dare to point that out when he’s within ear shot. Those that have regret it to this day.

Quetz is able to grow a pair of feathered wings on his forearms and calves. While they aren’t strong enough to allow flight, they do allow Quetz to glide a formidable distance in the air. The application of the glide has been invaluable and are part of the reason he was chosen for this prestigious title in the Guard Force.
